"If they wanted us to be safe here, why was it so easy to get to out?" I ask Elle, unsure myself. "Wouldn't someone want us to stay in there if it was safe?" I look and see everyone appearing from where they had gone off too. They gathered around us as we were talking. "Everyone's here, now what? Did anyone find anything?" I ask.

Ally thought about what Elle said but shrugged. "Why is it so easy to escape... this almost seems... like a trap."
She was all about that psychological warfare, and she knew this was some mind twisting issues going on.

Ally crouched onto the floor. She liked how cool it was. She reached down and a chill ran through her body.
"Anyone find anything? I didn't."
She paused.
"I'm not sure we are really away from the trackers here..."

Only Ally spoke, but no one found anything. I look up towards the sky and see a black moving along through the clouds. It seems to veer off it's course and come closer to us. "What's that?" I ask pointing to the sky?

Elle tenses. "You don't think... maybe that's the giant?"

Looking closer, she realized it was too small to be a giant. Flying downwards, the figure announced himself. "MORTALS SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MAGIC!! WHO DECIDED YOU WERE WORTHY? MIRA? THAT IDIOT!!!"

I look up in bewilderment and ask "Who's Mira? A god?" I look at Elle's face and she looks just as bewildered as me.

The figure flew downwards until it landed in the grass a few feet away from our party. I watch it fold its black silly wings and take steps cautiously towards us. "Who are you?" I ask it.

Daema felt a surge of anger, and cried out to them. "What right have you to shun Mira's decisions?! None!" Her back cat appeared in front of her, hissing. The person, if they could be called that, seemed shocked by her anger.

My eyes widen when I hear Daema yell at the figure. "Daema do you know who Mira is?" I ask her cautiously.

Ally responded by yanking her necklace from her neck, and clutching it in her hand.
She yelled at Daema. "Who is Mira!?"

I don't wait for Daema to answer and throw up an illusion of invisibility and tell everyone to hide in the trees surrounding the mansion. I project an illusion of excruciating pain on the figure which makes it think it's being stabbed by hundreds of daggers but the figure just stands there, unaffected. Since the illusion of pain didn't work I have to assume he can still see us as well, I think.
