Third and probably final part of The Forest of Stars saga.

//guys i know this is probably a confusing rp but please understand it wont be because i have planned a few things about this rp on my writing site

It felt like the worse has come. The Lunar Prison was heavily abandoned after the Lunacy, a weapon created by an alien race called the Tri'sen, was unleashed again, weakening powers and causing mythical creatures to go insane. The Prison itself is now an hour before explosion. Because of the Lunacy, Myths revolt and are now hypnotised to fight humans on sight.
There is, however, a small flicker of hope.
The Psychic Lunacy, a group of humans with strange powers, mostly psychic ones, are preparing to fight back. They own sigils, items with a special symbol which allows them to transform and become stronger by fusing themselves with their own powers.
How the group will fight back is unknown, but there are other groups which will help them, and myths who aren't affected by the Lunacy's hypnosis.

No mary/gary sues.
Death is allowed, but you can't kill randomly.
No mature content in this RP. Keep it PG-13.
Tri'sen cannot be RP'd. Sorry to get your hopes up, even I don't know what they look like.
Psychic Lunacy members' sigils are small items which appears as accessories on the user. Like a bowtie.
All Psychic Lunacy members and myths are weak against the Lunacy. They also cannot transform for long periods of time, nor overuse it, or they die.
If you have read this far add your character's alignment, such as Chaotic Good, Lawful Evil, Neutral Good, etc etc.
One mythical creature cannot be affected from the Lunacy, but only one per person.
Shapeshifting, omni powers, temporal-spatial manipulation, and death manipulation powers are banned.
Specify if humans are part of the PL or not.
PL characters will have statuses (Lunatic of the _____) but this is optional.

Name: Alexis "Alex" Sonata
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Pronouns: she/her
Species: Human Psychic
Appearance: Short brown hair and dark purple eyes. Regular build and is around 5"06. Has a scar near her right cheek from a fight in the Lunar Prison.
Clothing: A black shirt with a red plaid skirt and a gray lab coat. Wears black combat boots with long socks. A headband with a bow and a green cat's eye quartz.
Lunacy Appearance: Same appearance, although lab coat looks ripped with a black band on the wrist portion, has a cat's eye quartz in front of her chest, connected by thin cords that connect to her headband. She has dark purple cat's eyes as pupils.
Weapons: She formerly had flasks, but they were left behind in the Prison.
Powers/Abilities: Alex has Telekinesis, Psychokinesis, Telepathy, and Teleportation. All are very self-explanatory, although as a Lunatic of the Unknown, her powers work very well against myths and aliens.
Sigil: A Cat's eye quartz and heartbeat lines behind.
Weaknesses: She is pathetic in close combat, and is frail in battle. She cannot use her powers for so often, as they would cause her brain to get damaged, or even kill her.
Personality: She was formerly self-centered, but changed as she stayed in the Lunar Prison. She remains despiseful to mythical creatures, however. Alex is introverted and hides that by being the bossiest. Overall she is a big brat, but in reality she is unable to interact with humans properly, therefore resulting in her personality.
Other: Neutral Good.

Name: Lucy Hecate

Gender: Female
Pronouns: she/her
Species: Half-Ghost Half-Human
Appearance: Tall and slender build with pale skin, long flowing, yet somewhat messy hair. Lucy lacks any pupils, and she has a white aura around her.
Clothing: A large black bow behind heir hair which contains her sigil. A long jacket which resembles a black lab coat, although made out of silk, and a white dress. Lucy wears black flats and white and black striped stockings.
Lunacy Appearance: Same, except hair is now flowing even wilder, and
Weapons: none
Powers/Abilities: Lucy has darkness and light manipulation, and passive communication with the deceased. She can create souls that act as minions for her only for a short time. This is her status as the Lunatic of the Deceased.
Sigil: An anime-style ghost.
Weaknesses: Because of her manipulation of light and darkness, they seem to contradict each other, and thus can only use one of them at a time. Her minion souls are quite dumb and have a one-track mind of killing that opposes Lucy.
Personality: She is a deadpan girl, and her enigmatic origin baffles people. However, she is violent when it comes to battle, and fighting Lucy may be a regret.
Other: Chaotic Neutral.

Name: Cymoline Vespon
Age: 26
Gender: Genderfluid
Pronouns: They/Them
Species: Human
Appearance: Tall build, around 6"04 in height. Light blonde hair in a short cut, and looks a bit feminime.
Clothing: A white shirt and a black hoodie above it. Wears regular dark jeans and white sneakers. Has a bracelet with their sigil on it.
Lunacy Appearance: Same old same old.
Weapons: A regular pistol loaded with energy bullets that replensish when Cymoline isn't using it.
Powers/Abilities: Levitation and ability to manipulate how slow they can fall, kind of like being on the Moon.
Sigil: A crescent moon pointing upwards with a wilting rose behind it.
Weaknesses: Because of experiences, Cymoline rarely fights and gets terrible visions when they do. Their levitation is fairly weak and can't carry anything heavier than a safe. Their descent manipulation is very random, and can often backfire if they aren't calmed down.
Personality: They're introverted and is unsure of themselves. Cymoline always thinks that they're just a normal human, and their powers can't help them out. They're semi-insane when they fight, if they can ever fight without passing out.
Other: Neutral Evil.
