Draiks can't be created on a create neopet page. They are LEs so you would have to buy an Draik Egg and hatch it, Morph one, or trade for one.

It's okay. I tried to "create" one too when I started on neopets XD

There was one time you actually could though... 9/9/9 on Draik Day, but that was a glicth. Those users that got to make one was lucky though >.<"

They are around 15mil in neopoints.

Hah, I tried adopting a Draik after a long hiatus on that site. I was new to the site back when it was more original, and I didn't as much like the Draiks. So I didn't bother adopting them because I was more fond of the Xweetoks.
I came back and adored the Draiks, I tried to adopt one but found that they are extremely rare, as well as the Krawks.
I'm now saving up for a Pirate Draik MP.
I have a long way to go since I only have 1.5 mill.
