Click vs Views???

What's the difference between clicks and views? Don't you view a creature by clicking it? The FAQ didn't seem to give me the info I needed...sorry if I just missed it 😊

Views are gained whenever the .png image is loaded on any browser, regardless of whether it was "clicked on" or not. Clicks are gained when someone accesses the URL eggcave.com/click/(insert creature id here), normally via the .png image.

Hope that makes sense, but the stats gained are pretty much self-explanatory. Views are gained just from looking at the creature on your browser, clicks are gained from clicking on the creature on your browser. Views can be gained without clicking while clicks cause views to be gained simultaneously.

Views are just viewing the image of the creature. For example, loading your profile means that you just viewed all your creatures.

Clicks are actually going to your creatures page.

Essentially, if you clicked a creature, you must have viewed it.
But if you viewed a creature, it doesn't mean that you clicked it.

We do have a click exchange here, but you have to click on other pplz eggs to get your fed and clicked too. So you get credits back and they'll do the same for you. It's a slow process, but if you can logon to do the exchange daily your egg should be able to hatch.
