and ian said i could,so how do I close an account\?HELPS!

@Carnatate: Just send Ian a ticket from the account you'd like to delete asking him to delete it. ^^

pipkitten is right. You've done all you need to do; you can leave the account alone from here on out and it should be deleted. Ian is very busy, so give him time to carry out your request. You can always send another ticket, but I would give it some time since he's probably just backlogged with requests.
