Time between Cave catches

The time interval between catches from the cave is always 19 minutes for me, even when it says: unlimited attempts in 9-30 minutes interval.
and the time doesn't count down anymore like in the old cave, it was easier to see when i can catch a creature again.

Maybe someone could look into it and change it, thank you 😊
