Captcha not catching the input

I was trying to buy a Suckerlop trinket travel and the captcha kept saying I was wrong. I wrote the code in capital and small letters, tried writing it only capital / only small and it still didn't work. Can you please look into the captcha (or remove it)?

@jean561114573609 hi there, did you try refreshing the page when haggling? It will regenerate the image.
