Forums Not Loading

Certain parts of forums isn't loading on my laptop and ipad.

Thought I was the only one. I just submitted a ticket because the forums wouldn't load at all. I think they're working now for the most part, it's just a little jumpy when loading and glitches for like 2 seconds.
