Now that my trade centre is unlocked I can start swapping my doubles out for things I don't have.

You have good ones that aren't uft. The Whirlz, Ganskoro, Calla, and Eirephant are rare.

I know those ones are rare. I'm only willing to trade those ones for other retired creatures though.
