Lego Help?

I'm not sure which site I should buy weapons from.
Should I go for Brick Arms,
or Minifig World?

Also, I want to make a Lego Turtwig, but I really don't have the pieces.
I dunno what I should do. :/
Lego Digital Designer will not download...
So I can't order it from there...

This is @cqpkytty from her side account.

My brother (who originally created this account then gave it to me) is a Lego FANATIC. He literally has SIX boxes of Legos - and one of them is completely minifigures.
Should I ask him about this?

Asked. His response:
"I have no idea what Brick Arms or Minifig World are, but I know a website that makes really, REALLY cool Lego weapons. But I forget the name."
So, that wasn't very helpful.

And also, you should just keep trying to download LDD. Some advice about downloading: When the download window pops up, DOUBLE-CLICK on the icon of the thing you want to download. Otherwise, it doesn't download.
