Another World [Sign-Ups!]

There lies a place in which things that have been forgotten are everyday items, a world in which those who simply got themselves spirited away, forgotten by everyone from the outside world. A near impassable barrier goes between these two worlds.
Society itself has advanced to the point in which our objects are now simply obsolete, and this "other world" grabs them for use where the border between their world and our own collides.
The other world also has magical properties, with some growing up to be magicians, or also monsters who dwell overall. They might co-exist, they might not. What matters is that they are here because the outside have forgotten about them, and some were simply born there.
But the outside world has found some ways to enter.

Rules!

1. Don't be overpowered or godmodding.
2. Have weaknesses!
3. Please have diversity in your characters. Not everyone is the shy awkward teenage kid.
4. Keep it PG-13, I guess. No very descriptive actions.
5. This roleplay is a reference to something. If you can guess correctly, you win... Something.
6. Magic is very common in the Other World, but it's the opposite in the Outside World.
7. Non-Humans who are from the Outside World must have an explanation as to why they were there.
8. This roleplay is semi-literate. As such, please have decent enough grammar, spelling, and so on.
9. Characters can't just go from the Outside World to the Other World and so on. There's a reason why there's certain prerequisites for entering and exiting.
10. The time period for the Other World is around the Medieval Times, but of course there will be more advanced items as the Outside becomes more and more advanced, making obsolete items spirit themselves into the Other World.
11. You can be immortal, but I don't recommend it.
12. That being said, the barrier between the two Worlds is around 1,850 years old.
13. Please have others keep up in the story.

My characters!

Name: Lucianne "Lucy" Amorai
Age: Around 35-100.
Gender: Female
Species: Half-Phantom
Origin: Other World
Appearance: Lucy has the appearance of an adult, with straight medium hair tied into a bun with a black bow and navy blue eyes.
Clothing: She wears a white V-neck sleeveless top and long translucent sleeves that is long enough to reach her wrist. Has a puffy skirt with black leggings and white boots.
Abilities/Powers: She is able to use magical abilities through her fans.
Weaknesses: Lucy is suspictable to human weaknesses and phantom weaknesses, but at the same time resist them. Without her fans, Lucy can't use any magical abilities.
Weapons: She wields two fans which have the halves of a heart shaped piece as charms.
Personality: Lucy is a straightfoward, attack first, ask questions later kind of person. She doesn't care for humans and creatures. Once you get to know her, she is very excitable, and is laid-back when she's not working.
Other: She resides nearby a peaceful looking graveyard. There is a small spirit-like creature that is always surrounding her, and that's her phantom side.

Name: Mai Kazema
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Species: Magician, formerly Human
Origin: Outside World
Appearance: Mai has medium straight crimson hair and dark brown eyes.
Clothing: She wears a long sleeved white blouse and a black sleeveless jacket on top of it, followed by a black large skirt that reaches her ankles. Wears a white belt with a bow on the back, and white boots with black leggings.
Abilities/Powers: She uses powerful magical attacks, being more oriented on fight rather than literal flight. She is able to fly in the air as if it's normal.
Weaknesses: Mai's physique is just like a normal human. Without any care, she can get herself easily knocked out.
Weapons: Mai relies on heavy books as a blunt weapon, but will use anything to her advantage. Her jacket keeps various potions that can do various things such as explode.
Personality: Mai is very cold and brutal. Her silent type makes people underestimate her personality, and she leaves them biting the dust.
Other: Mai's own existence was forgotten by others from the Outside World, so she got herself spirited away and made it to the Other World. Is planning on trying to use her magic to get herself back into the Outside World, with the burden to carry.
She became a magician by reading ancient books while in the Outside World, which made people forget that she existed, leading to her untimely spiriting away.

Name: Usagi
Age: At least 70
Gender: Who knows? Uses they/them.
Species: Moon Rabbit
Origin: The Moon, duh.
Appearance: Usagi takes the form of a human with rabbit ears and a tail. They have short lavender hair and red eyes. Is around 6"00.
Clothing: Will draw this.
Abilities/Powers: Usagi is able to draw out energy from living things and weaponize them into projectiles. They are skilled in close combat.
Weaknesses: The Earth's longing impurity allows Usagi to die. If Usagi can't draw out energy from other living things, then they draw out their own energy, which is very risky.
Weapons: A gun that can fire out energy projectiles, can transform into an assault rifle.
Personality: Usagi isn't friendly towards humans, and seems to ignore them. They are fearless, and will do what it takes to accomplish a goal.
Other: Usagi has "fallen down" from the Moon, and despite their attempts to return back, they were unable to go home as the impurity of the Earth has contaminated them. Now lives in the Other World.

Name: Fiko
Age: Maybe 30-70?
Gender: Male
Species: Alien Frog
Origin: Other World
Appearance: A human boy shape with a frog tounge, tail, and antenna. His skin is moss green on the back which fades to skin color. His hair is spiky and brown with a green stripe on the left side.
Clothing: A black t-shirt and black shorts. He also wears black sandals and a pair of goggles.
Abilities/Powers: Frog things like powerful frog tounge and underwater breathing. He can also spit poison. Don't ask where it comes from.
Weaknesses: His poison is weak and any metal will make it fade away. He can't use any of his abilities near fire or intense amounts of magnetism.
Weapons: He carries a water gun. Just a water gun. But it can shoot special poison water that Fiko makes.
Personality: He is the stubborn type. He is rather hyper and never stops to think before he blasts random things with water. He is not the social talking type though.
Other: As a certain alien, his is supposed to live for thousands of years, but him being a frog negates that affect, but he can live for a rather long time; He lives in a forest-like area, which shows off his abilities

Name: Miravana Vexehn

Age: Who knows? She changes her appearance all the time so it's hard to even guess.

Gender: Female

Species: Shapeshifter

Origin: The Outside World. She used to be a normal human girl but when she was going into university, she applied to a new rumoured scientific university. When she came there, she realised that it wasn't so much a university as a research centre on humans and creatures. In that "university" she spent around two years and was a main test subjct, the result being that she became a shapeshifter. The scientists were afraid of her and locked her up in one of the old rooms, and after a few years there was a fire. Nobody remembered about her existence and so she was transfered to the Other World.

Appearance: Hard to say. Mirvana changes her appearance time to time but has one appearance as her identity. Her identity appearance is average height of about 5'5", peachy skin and dark blue hair which is done up into a braided bun.

Clothing: She wears black shorts, knee-high black lace-up boots, a black high-collar vest made from a shiny fabric and a belt in which there are two metal guns. On her hands are black gloves with open fingers and her eyes are a blue-grey colour. Sometimes she also has a leather jacket over the top but not always.

Abilities/Powers: She is skilled with her guns which have chemical elements in them used to defeat shadow shapeshifters (They're kind of like her but they can become shadows and are evil murderers.) She can shapeshift too of course, and she can also walk on walls which is an unexplained power of hers that she thinks has something ot do with her transfer to the Other World.

Weaknesses: The chemical in her guns have to be specially prepared using a very rare flower so if she runs out, she cannot kill off the shadow shapeshifters. Also, she is quite bad at hand-to-hand combat which doesn't help her much and she can only shapeshift when she is in the shade, not in the sunlight. Also, she can't shapeshift into males.

Weapons: Two metal guns of P88 compact type.

Personality: Minervana doesn't trust anyone. It takes a lot of time to win her trust but a very short time to break it. She is independant and works alone, hating to work with others. She isn't a fan of rules or people telling her what to do as she says that she can be anything she wishes and so she wishes to be free. She isn't very talkative and hates repeating herself. The only person she really trusts is Xavon as he has always been around her when she needed him.

Other: None really.



Name: Xavon Reins

Age: He looks around 24 but his exact age isn't know.

Gender: Male

Species: Ghost

Origin: The Outside World. He lived a short life up until the age of 24 when he got into a car accident. He wasn't a very popular person to begin with and his father had died when he was young while his mother died two years after his death because she couldn't handle the stress. With no one else who remembered him, he was transfered to the Other World.

Appearance: Silvery white hair which is always messy and sticks around in different directions. He has pale skin and piercing, cold blue eyes. He is around 5'9" in height.

Clothing: He wears a short-sleeves white top which has a print on it with the words "INVISIBLE", a dark blue hoddie over the top and dark jeans of a blue colour as well. On his feet are black sneakers and he seems to emit a slight blue glow.

Abilities/Powers: He can become a shadow and can change from solid to pass-through. Also, he can use long forgotten souls in the forms of floating white orbs to defeat shadow shapeshifters along with his friend Mirvana. He can fly and hover around too.

Weaknesses: If he is caught and attacked while he is in his solid form, then he isn't able to change back into his pass-through form until he heals or is released. Also, he can't command the souls at dawn or dusk. (Sunrise or sunset)

Weapons: I guess the white orbs of the forgotton souls?

Personality: Relaxed, chil about everything, often misleading though. He tends to fool around and never takes anything seriously unless it's concerning his friend or ghosts. He is very lazy and often whines about different things as he is bored and hasn't talked to anybody in a long time.

Other: He hates the sun because it reminds him of the fire from the car crash.

Getting a bit ahead of myself, how many characters is the maximum?
Oh, and Fiko's just an alien frog thing that comes from the Other World.

Name: Dikurio
Age: Unknown
Gender: Unknown, they/them
Species: Demon
Origin: Other World
Appearance: Uncertain, but they normally look like a faded human made of fog. This human is normally a regular human with demon horns and a demon tail.
Clothing: Normally a t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers that are faded black.
Abilities/Powers: To possess a creature and control it. The exact amounts they can possess are unknown. The possessed creature will see flashbacks of the worst moments in their life over and over again.
Weaknesses: They can't possess you if you have a pure heart filled of happiness. They can't bear happiness. If you have never had a bad moment they don't have anything against you. A possessed people can break away from the illusion if they realize that the illusion's not real. You can tell if someone is possessed as they have demon horns on their head.
Weapons: Nothing.
Personality: They are very cruel. They enjoy feeding on despair and anger. They despise happiness, as it makes them weak.
Other: They enjoy seeing flashbacks of when someone... you know, does private business.

A bit awkward at the end, but is this okay?
