Are you allowed to repost them?

Is there like a certain amount of time before you can? Cause the one I wanted to is like 5 years old....

I've asked that question earlier and was told that yes, if they're over a year old, you can, but you'll also need to send in a ticket with an old topic so that it could be locked.
