Unresolving notifications

I have 5 notifications that won't go away. I have no "new" notifications, but it still says "5 New Notifications" and has that little red 5 by my name.

Help?

@jello I had that too for a while. For me, I just had to go back through my old notifications till I saw the blue ones. You might have to go back through yesterday and older notifications. Hope that resolves it

@jello well I hav something a little different- I have say 2 notifications, but when I open it, the two notifications are there, but below that there are more notifications that I haven't read yet, but they are grey not blue so yea...and my newest forum topic says some other weird stuff thats been happening lately...
