(If you're a classical-type-werewolf-movie fan, please don't lash out and bite for my blasphemy, okay? 😃)
Okay, now for the question. Anyone seen any werewolf/shapeshifter/whatchamacallit films where the whole animal thing is not seen by the character as a curse that they must/would love to get rid of and this character makes it to the end of the film? I know that's not the popular way to show a werewolf, but that's why I'm asking! Might be a film or a TV show, as long as it's not a comedy, not a big fan.
I've seen:
Films: Blood and Chocolate (meets the criteria, but the protagonists were disgusting beings to me)
When Animals Dream (meets the criteria and I liked it)
Underworld (seen two films, I guess? Fun... sorta. Not a hater but not a big fan)
TV shows: Hemlock Grove (liked it a lot it before le wild Season 3 appeared... nananana it just didn't happen my show ended at S2 Ep9 nananana can't hear you)
Don't mention:
Films: Teen Wolf (I know about it, okay? It's somewhere there on my list of to-see things)
Twilight (seriously)
TV shows:
True Blood (not even sure it had that, just heard it somewhere that it did. I've seen some bits and didn't like it, so no, not gonna happen)

@katrinwolf

You've kind of hit all that I know. Some listed here I have never seen.
Have you ever seen the British series Wolfblood? Teenage werewolves and their families. I haven't watched much of it due to time, but it seemed interesting.

@dragonnn No, haven't seen that one! Just googled it, and guess I'll give it a shot when I have some time. Even despite these awkward CGI wolves XD

@katrinwolf

Yeah I've never been a true fan of Twilight, or True Blood, tho I did like Underworld, but even that gets old. These are under paranormal, or supernatural. Some of these movies are old and same for the tv shows. After several years of watching stuff it's just small list.

Movies
Gingersnaps
Howling
A werewolf boy
American werewolf in London
Mimic
Mimic Sentinel
Resident Evil
Thirteen Ghosts

Tv Shows

@chloelove Thanks for the list! I've seen some films from here and I've heard of some others, so the ones I don't know must be good, too, if they're in such company 😊 I might see them, even if they're not exactly what I'm seeking right now.

I don't exactly know what your taste in entertainment is, but they are just recommendations, and if you do take a look at the tv shows try 1, or 2 episodes to see if you really like it, or not. It's usually what I do to give the show a chance and see what's going on with the story. Everyone does have their preference, and you don't have to like all that I've put on here.

@chloelove I'm not just saying I'm going to see them because you recommended them but because I've seen or wanted to see quite a bit of them already. Don't worry, I'm not going to come back screaming "da yeep did you recommend that piece of yeep to me for!!1!" 😃 I know how different people's tastes may be, I've even weirded out some of my friends myself. And that's what I do with the shows, too, when I actually find time for a new one.
