Can't Access Trade Center?

So it says at the trade center that I'll be able to access it in 0 Hours, but I don't know how long that is. Can anyone help me? I'm almost positive I've had my account for 48 hours.

@digimon2345 Maybe it was only a few minutes left until your 48 hours. So technically it was 0 hours, but there was some minutes left.
I'm not sure, but that would be my guess. If that's right, you should probably be able to access it now?
