Okay, for my height I'm chubby. It was from my medicine from when I was about 13/14; it made me go from 118 to 140 in a few weeks. I //really// want to at least tone up. My measurements are [Don't laugh >-<]Bust; 40 inchesWaist; 34.5Hips; 38Now, that's all and good, but my issue is I'm only 4'9".5. So I feel like a balloon. Though if it's over the breasts or the waist, Iunno. What I need you guy's help on is, I can't work out. All the actual physical labor I can really do is limited to my physical therapy. Other stuff, hurts too bad. But I can do stuff [limited] to zumba, yoga, belly dancing [I can do a belly roll, roflrofl], etc etc So, maybe some youtube links/stuff on netflix [I have the wii in my room, so I can do it in there] that I can do at home?The reason I say this is sensitve is how people have treated me [I've been oinked at, had food thrown in my hair, teased, etc etc] and I'd really like it if you don't say anything too harsh :/Please and thank you...

@cafe IM FAT TOO! XD Im 5'11 and I weight 110. XD Dont worry. Its dumb medicine. And anyone who questions that dont diserve to know just scream. "YEAH WELL YOUR NOT THE ONE WHO NEEDED TO TAKE THIS MEDICINE!" in their faces. XD

@foxfacedoesn't work like that xDLmao, when you say "Too" it means that I have to be fat in the first place xD I'm chubby and just wanted to tone up.Also, 110 is not fat. I wanna get to 125 and I'll be peachy. Right now, I sit on you, you're a gonner xD

@foxfaceyour not fat is you weigh that much...I weigh 130.I'm not chubby at all.@cafeI'm sorry /: That sounds really awful...Honestly, I don't judge people by their weight.My boyfriend is fat, actually.But I love him just as much as I would to someone skinny.Don't let stupid people get to you.I don't know any workout videos,But you know what a plank is?It flattens out your stomach.Try basic stretching.Running does amazing things to your body.Swimming is probably the best thing you can do.No joke.Laps around the pool for a day is a killer calorie burner.

@cafe I once was chubbier than I wanted to be.... I was actually told I was a little overweight one time at the doctors, which was a big blow ☹️ then this summer at summer camp, I played a lot of sports, and got a lot of exercise there(the camps in the woods, and big fields with lots of space *.* dream come true ❤️) so I lost a lot in two weeks there( and got a pretty cool tan;)) then I started talking my dog for walks every day, starting off at a slow pace at first, and then working my way so that I'm now a speed walker xD that lowered my stress level tremendously, and slimmed me down to a chubby that I can be happy with😊 a little bit of stomach, but not so much that I can be called 'fat' my top suggestions are you is the swimming chatial suggested and walking. Water is a good choice if you have bad feet, because the water will support you, so your feet won't get hurt (my aunt has a seriously sacked out foot and is great at swimming) and did you know walking in.water burns more calories than just walking? It's true,i hear they have treadmills in pools nowadays! As for the walking, lower stress levels will keep you healthy, and the walks will all add up in the end if you double them with another activity like the swimming;)
