@moonflame Welcome to EggCave! I'm glad you're here. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me, but some might be answered in this:

1) Everybody has different goals on EggCave. Some want to collect one species of creatures, some want to collect at least one of them all, some want to collect certain items, some just come to relax and have fun in the forums. As long as you play by the rules, you can do almost anything you wish here!

2) Unfortunately, if your creatures' happiness is 10 or under, it has a chance of dying, so make sure to feed your creatures each day!

3) You don't have to just feed your creatures to make them happy, any item you give them other than travels increase their happiness, as well!

4) There's different sections of the forums for a reason. General is for almost anything. Trading & Auctions is to advertise trades/auctions or to simply ask for something you're looking for. User Contests & Giveaways is for giveaways & contests. Fan Art & Creature Suggestions is for art you may wanna put up and for creatures you would like to be in EggCave! Chit-Chat is for, well, chit-chat. Forum Games is where you can post games and play games there! Entertainment is simply for entertainment. Roleplaying is a place where you can roleplay about almost anything! Welcomes & Introductions is what you've typed in, a place where most new players type introductions and others can introduce them and explain the rules to them! Site Feedback & Ideas is for feedback about certain things and ideas for EggCave, such as new shops, forum sections, etc. Help & Questions is for, well, help and questions. Problems & Bugs is where you report any odd glitches or problems in EggCave. Thanks for staying with me this shouldn't be one paragraph XD

5) If you don't activate your account within a span of 30 days, it deletes your account! But don't worry, if you made a typo or it won't send, feel free to contact the EggCave team and they'll try to work it out.

6) If you're replying to someone, you should ping them, or they won't be aware that you've responded to them. {For example: @animalliterature}
