New creature! (Kind of a sea unicorn)

The egg is a kind of a marbled white and light blue, with barnacles and sea stars encrusting the outside. The teen is a horse-like creature, entirely made of swirling and foaming water. It has a mane that looks like it is made of mist, and eyes that glow a deep, dark blue. It's horn is made of the darkest blue you have ever seen. It is constantly swirling around and around. It has barnacles and sea stars on its dark blue hooves, which are the only thing not constantly moving. The adult it a bigger version of the teen, but it has a long, swirly mermaid tail. (It still has four hooves) the tail is a mixture of dark blue and dark purple scales.

@hedgehog that sounds amazing! The creature and design sound beautiful and I think it should be a creature! What's the creature's description?
