Second Hand Store / Bargain Bin Store

This thought came to me, as I was donating all of my spare items, why not have another option aside 'donate', or 'delete' where you can sell it to the Second Hand Store? You could get a bit of the purchase price back, and others can check this store to find discounted items?

The donation center is usually empty as it is, why not give players a way to earn some money back?
