My day was not good either. >.<

I had to practice running a mile at pe today, meaning we jogged the straightaways and walked the corners of the track. But, I had to walk the mile because of some... Err, personal issues... And some of my friends in my pe class told the teahcer about it, which was the weirdest thing. O_O I ran one lap, walked the rest. I was sweating, my legs were achey and still are, I had cramps, I felt like I was gonna puke. I seriosuly wanted t just drop dead. >.< I felt ike a loser, having to WALK the mile because of it...

...And I felt like even more of a loser when it took me ten minutes to find somewhere to sit at lunch.

And now I'm starving, I barely ate any of my lunch and I couldn't even TOUCH my snack at advisory. And I boguht an ice cream at lunch, but I didn't have time to eat any of it. There goes $1.25! V_V

@Whitefall I didn't get my time. I walked, because of the you-know-what (XD) and because either way, it wasn't official. The other kids ogged the straight part of the track and walked the corners.

@dreamer Gotcha, I have cramps today also. But a warm laptop to a achy belly can do wonders.

@dreamer

Ew. o-0
I got a 8:26.
And it was a piece of cake, so I'll try to get a 8:10 next time, and down from there.

Our gym teachers say we have to run it NO MATTER WHAT. Like 1/3 of your life is basically having a unmentionable event, so you can't just stop everything because of that....

@balletninja

I've tried that! ;D
HEAVENNN

@whitefall I have been bi-polar today. I cried about going to parent teacher conferences.... I didn't mean to, like my eyes started watering and it might have been allergies but my parents thought there was something wrong with me. xD

You know how they say cramps (even athletic cramps) go away with excercize? What a lie.

@Whitefall SPEAK FOR YOURSELF.
The mile was awful. FREAKING AWFUL. All the kids were so soar, sweating, and groaning and complaining.
We have to run it no matter what too. 1/3 of your life with that is understandable. But come on! I'm in sixth grade, and this was our first mile run. And I walked around it, it's not like I just gave up altogether.

@Balletninja Yeah. >.< I stayed home from school yesterday because cramps were so awful, I put on a heating pad and took some pills that my mom bought me, I took the pills again this morning but I still felt awful. >.< I'll try the laptop thing, though. *unplugs laptop from charger and proceeds to her bed*

@dreamer
Oh. We did the track-mile today, and the first 3.5 laps, I went at a steady pace, then sprinted the rest of the way. x]
And I wasn't sweating a drip~
I'm so proud of myself...
I'm not at all athletic

"All the kids were *sore*...."

@dreamer Ibprophen works for me. Advil might be too strong for me, my parents would never let me stay home over that. But I do have a high pain tolerance.

@Whitefall I ran one mile and walked 3.25, the .25 becasue I was on the outside ring of the track. I was sweating so much. DX I'm not athletic either, not one bit. You're lucky you didn't have a problemtohugh. DX
I usually don't get bothered by cramps either, only on Wednesday it was awful. It felt like someone shot me, I was crying on the bus. Don't believe me? Ask Kagirl21. XD

EDIT: ON MY FIRST SENTENCE I MEANT LAP. LAPPP. NOT MILE. >.<

I get a shot that gets rid of the you-know-whats ;D
1 shot every three months
Now that is heaven XDD

Before that, mind lasted over a week [10 days] and I was laying in bed crying. Ibuprofen didn't work, cause I'm allergic to it, a Tylenol can kiss my butt..

Though, I doubt I can run a mile. My Physical therapist would chase the PE teacher with a chainsaw if they made me run xD

@Cafe I don't understand why it is such a taboo to call it by its name. It is natural, like childbirth you know? It sucks.

I want to go on birth control, just to get rid of the you know whats xD

@dreamer

Hope it will get less soon, I know all too well how you feel unfortunately ☚ī¸ People can be very blunt and not understanding at all about it, but it's different for everyone, I know for me it can be pretty darn incapacitating, but some hardly even feel it (these are usually the ones telling you not to complain =.=)

@balletninja

Unfortunately birth control doesn't always get rid of the cramps (yeah, I'm speaking from personal experience ☚ī¸), it can help you plan when it happens though, so now I always "start" during the weekend...

My doctor told me after you've had your dot a year, you can get it. I've been on it two years; and will be it for another. But i have to go off it for a year after that.

Three off, one on. Can't wait xD

I'm going to laugh soooo hard if I boy stumbles upon this xD

@Cafe YOU SAID DOT!!! *faints* Cuz this morning at math, I was talking to one of my friends about how nervous I was to run a mile with it. She said I should tell the pe teacher, and to "just call it a dot." xD
You are so lucky too. >.< If I wasn't afraid of needles, I'd sure as heck take that shot. X3
And, I can almost get the shot! 😃 I've been on it for..... *counts* 11 months and... 15 or 16 days?

@Dionaea Yeah. >.< It's been a year of it so far and I've never been in this much pain, just this week it K-I-L-L-S. D8 The cramps have started to come to a minimum today, but I'm still going to take osme medicine to be safe. 😸 And yeah, I hate when people tell you to ust get over it, they don't know how much pain you're actually in. >.<

I don't like needles, and I still get nervous over them, but I know I need them [Normally, like flu shot, vaccines, etc] but my family doctor has raised me to not have a melt down over the needle.

I think about it like this.
One quick shot in the butt
No dot for 3 months
A //lot// less pain.

Though, first time I heard where they had to put it and I almost fainted. XDD

I've had something happen to me, which I won't say online cause it may gross people out to the //max//, but I thought I wasn't going to be able to have kids xDDD

aw im sorry. i had swimmers ear. do u have ear drops? and maybe get some antibiotics? however if u dont swallow pills i suggest crushing them up into little bits and putting it in applesauce. and for ur ankle- maybe ice or something hot? so the pain will go away and maybe the swelling (if it is swollen).
my day....well ive been sick this past week so i was out of school.

anyway i hope u feel better

@Jerseyassassin CRUSHING THEM UP AND PUTTING THEM IN APPLE SAUCE?!!? O-O That's what my mom suggested for me too. xD But she just cuts the pills in half, and I swallow them with water. I'm getting used to swallowing pills thogh, I'll probably try whole pills now. As a matter of fact, I'll go get some now. *runs downstairs*
