Cspiceturtle Available in the Cave??

In the archives, it shows that the Cspiceturtle is available in the cave. I checked and it looks like no one has ever gotten one.

It is truly available in the cave or is this a mistake???

It's not up yet cause it's only in the needing a description phase in the CDWC contest.
