Art Suggestion Question

So, I know the rules of art suggestions says not to use or "borrow" art, but, well, my neighbor is a very good artist, and she loves drawing abstract art. What if, lets say, I got her permission to use her art? I would give her credit, and would mention that I didn't do the art. She doesn't have an account on eggcave, and doesn't post her drawings online, so I wouldn't be able, to, like give people her art page or anything. So could I?
