How much for the VEND machine creatures?

Hey, sorry if this has been answered before. I couldn’t find anything and I’m new. Do you get to use the VEND machine when you get number of every token used for it? Or just one filled?

You need to have all of the tokens requested.
If you have 30/30 for one token, you need 30 for all of the others it is asking you to gather
