Some Parent Promblems?

My folks know I love HotTopic more than anything, but they won't let me get Cherry Red Temporary Comb-In Dye for my hair...any suggestions to how I can ask?....I always get in these situations and I always end up grounded...so now I decided to ask some helpful eggcavers. 😊 Bumps appreciated.

Well, maybe if you explain it's temporary, and research any risks (like hair falling out) that'd put their minds at ease medically. But also, ask why they don't want you to, and address the problem from there. For example, if they are worried medically, do what i said above. Or money wise, you'll have to pay yourself (or if you are, maybe they don't want you to "waste" it)
Maybe they just don't want you to have red hair, in which case you'll either rebel and do it anyway, or be a good child and just wait to do it when you leave home. Then surprise them one weekend 😊
