Currency Conversion?/How much is a Fetti worth in EC?

Title says it all, although I have a few more questions.
1. Are we allowed to have separate links to different websites, as long as it doesn't contain anything inappropriate content? (For example: I want to have a link to Pokefarm Q)
2. Are retired animals not able to come back? As in, they are permanently unobtainable and never coming back to the platform?
3. So if you have a star potion, and give it to a non-star animal, does it get the all the effects of star animals?

@pepster The usual conversion rates are:
50cc = 500k EC
100cc = 1mil EC
Therefore a Fetti = 450cc = 4.5mil EC 😊

1 - I'm not sure sorry.
2 - Some retired creatures are being rereleased in the Cave Shop every month (they are announced 1 month prior so you can prepare), which means you could buy them for a specific amount of CC. Some retired creatures could be put as prizes in the vend machine, therefore you could obtain them by doing quests. Some of them are probably never coming back.
3 - You have to buy a star potion from the cavecash shop, you can only buy a star potion for a non-star animal, the star literally is for (quoted from shop): "Add a star to your creature's image and enhance its stats! Star creatures receive a daily stats boost for their evolution stat and experience slowed hunger (of up to a 1/3 slower). You can change the position and color of the star under My Creatures."

You are allowed to include links, just make sure it doesn't go against the eggcave rules.

Which is
Links to harmful websites (cookie grabbers, trojans, viruses, worms)
Links to suggestive, obscene, or pornographic web sites
Links to scam web sites
Links to chat rooms
Any sites that are considered illegal by United States law
