Questions about side accounts

Hiya! My first question is, can we buy stuff on side accounts? Like, could I purchase a Leaf of Vaka for a side account? Also, can we expand the cove spaces on side accounts? I'd rather not make three, and I don't have nearly enough creatures to actually need to worry about this yet, but I would like to be sure for the future.

Also, how do you submit a ticket? I transferred some creatures to my side account a little bit ago, logged into my side account to accept the transfer, went to go do something else, and forgot I was on my side account when I got back; I clicked the Asteroid, then noticed my icon and am kind of freaking out - lesson learned, log out after accepting creatures! I do not know how to report this kind of thing but I saw another post that said to make a ticket and I am not sure how to do that. Is it in the FAQ somewhere? I cannot find it. ☹️

Site Guidelines
According to the Site Guidelines, you can't complete daily activities or do things that would give you an edge over users with just one account.

You should be able to purchase things from the Cash Shop 😊 I used to buy Jar of Clicks on my side because it automatically applies the boost, also if you ever want to change your username on your side you'll have to buy the username change terminal there.

Definitely can expand cove spaces, and if you scroll all the way down you should see a Contact Us link which takes you to the Ticket Centre

Accidents happen, but you should still submit a ticket.

Thank you so much! I just wanted to be sure. I know if I am around for any length of time, I really am going to have to expand that cove, and this puts my mind at about that and also about buying things for my sides. I've put my ticket in - I did not even think to try the contact us link, I feel silly now. >,< lol! Thank you again for your help! Happy holidays! ♥
