Adjust creature rarities

Something that really bugs me about EC is how difficult it is to get the cave monthlies. So I propose that it becomes easier to do so:
Option 1: Retire and replace all old commons. Lore-wise this would be fairly easy; a meteor has wiped out 80% of all life in the Cave, and new creatures have emerged from the wreckage.
Option 2: Decrease the rarity of monthlies, making them easier to obtain.
