what creatures should I resurrect

I got 600 CC which means three resurrection stones
So far I've looked at my dead creatures and these are the most valuable

Please note that since I am quitting and am aiming for an empty cove, I want to get as much EC from this as I can. So the question is: which of these are most expensive to get?

These are the only ones worth more than the revive. These prices are only if they are from the original release date.
