Oh! Oh! I know! Parasitic aliens who take humans as hosts! 8D Like in the movie Alien!

First, the thing attaches to his face and it's weird. Then he starts acting like he's really sick and passes out. Later, the nasty alien thing that grew inside him bursts out of his stomach, and I'd say that would hurt quite a bit. The thing grows, and eats everybody on the ship, which would entail crunching down all their bones.
