Here's a doof-ish question, what are the XC points good for?

A whole day later, no one cares to answer, really?!

From the F.A.Q.:
"Exchange Credits (XC) are the currency of the Exchange and determine the visibility of your creatures in the Exchange. As long as you have at least 1 XC, your links will be visible to other players and your creatures will receive clicks. One XC is deducted from your account each time a member clicks on your link. Gain 1 XC by clicking other players' links."

So basically, you need XC to be able to have your creatures displayed at the Link Exchange
You click on a creature at the Exchange = +1XC
Your creature gets clicked on the Exchange = -1XC

Also used if u wanna be famous or wanna evolve ur creatures

Famous as in an achievement getting so many clicks
