Trick or treat bags

I’ve never bought one of these. Are they like collectible items or like do they have a chance of giving you seeds. I am guessing they are just collectible items but just want to check in case

They contain items available from the NPC shops with in the rarity of the numbers under the bags in the shops. I normally buy them to use up seeds at the end of the event, and had a couple in my Strongroom, so as an example:

Ghosty Trick-or-Treat Bag - Cost 200 seeds - (r61-70 Prize Pool)
You excitedly open your Halloween Fair Bag... and find 1 item inside!

Yellow Staga Plushie (R68)

These items have been added to your Inventory.


Doovoo Trick-or-Treat Bag - Cost 450 Seeds - (r91-99 Prize Pool)
You excitedly open your Halloween Fair Bag... and find 3 items inside!

Overgrown Book About Forests (R99)
Brown Spikes (Xoloti Stage 2) (R92)
Hand Painted Blue Easter Bunny Mug (R93)

On the most basic level, they are an alternative way to gain Quest items. The plushie and book are both potential items.
