asteroid and oasis and donation center chances?

how big is the chance to get anything from asteroid or oasis?
for me ,i think its like 0.5% chance or less since i have never found anything at the asteroid.
i found 2 creatures at the oasis tho, but that was in 2017.
is there a ''best'' time to check the oasis? how many times a day/week/month do the creatures respawn at the oasis?
i heard you can find retired items at the donations center? how often do those show up? once a month?once a week? once a day.?

Oasis actually used to have a set time when creatures will show up, but since everyone knew about it, you pretty much had no chance of getting anything.. it got brought to Ian's attention so that's been changed to completely random times (read in another thread) o-o I did manage to randomly find a couple creatures there last month. (I don't spend too much time checking so it's bit surprising I found anything lol)
