Any gauge of it's worth? I found it in donations centre when I first started. It's retired

No idea on the worth.

However, some items are marked as retired, yet are handed out during site events. The designation is more that the item isn't available in the NPC shops, and the event is how they are generated. The blaster is one such item, and is available in a prize pool for the Ark Victory Day Event held between 16th to 22ndn July every year.
