Hi! :-) Budgie's suggest 600 CC or 6 mil EC. I almost never see Anukals around, they seem to be quite rare so the price could be a bit higher. Since they were CSP, 600 CC sounds appropriate because that's their starting price of 500 CC + 100 CC for no longer being available in the Cash Shop.
