another quest person

i suggest maybe adding another quest person, maybe for the bean guy or trinket travels

I would love to see a Bean Sack quest to promote those items more! Many of the items are adorable but underrecognized. I'd also simply like for trinket travels to be included in the regular Going Global quests - they seem to pile up fast because there's no quest to dump them in.
