Extreme duplicates of dailies?

Anyone else seeing a very large number of repeat dailies? I'll attach a picture but I have 13 copies of the visit the mysterious asteroid mission. I'm on google chrome on a pc, if it helps.

This is usually just a cache issue, if you clear it these additional dailies should disappear. It is just a visual bug though.

That is ..... excessive. The most I've seen is 3 of each task (total of 15) Today I only have the normal 5.

But as stated it is just a visual bug that crops up to individuals occasionally. You can still complete the tasks as normal and they will only count once.
