Confirmation code bug

i've had this bug for a while now, a year or so, where when i want to verify that it's my main account, i click on the button and it shows me an infinite loading sign. i can't start doing dailies, i can't get the anniversary gift(i didn't get it in 2024 because of this reason).
my phone number is right, and i remember that it worked in 2023.
messages from the other senders work just fine though.

upd: tried to send the code from the site on my phone, and it shows me the place where i need to put the code, but i can't receive the code itself.
