Consecutive 'Feed 100 Creatures' Daily Task (May 31st & June 1st)?

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to ask if anyone else noticed something weird with their dailies today, June 1st?

I got "Feed 100 Creatures" as a daily task, but I also had it yesterday, May 31st. I initially thought I might have confused myself, but it seems I wasn't.

I recently remembered the official blog post about daily updates (from March 13, 2023 ), which states:

"Beginning tomorrow, we're ensuring that the same level of difficulty of the selected site-wide dailies is never chosen two days in a row." (https://eggcave.com/blog/monthly-challenge-updates-march-edition)

This seems to go against that rule, as "Feed 100 Creatures" showed up back-to-back. (I can see them making an exception for writing tasks, as Forum Posts and Profile Comments are really the only options available right now, but for a task like 'Feed Creatures' it seems like a bug.)

Funnily enough, this reminds me a bit of something similar from last year, around late June 2024, where some users (including myself, though I wasn't tracking closely then) noticed the "300 feed" task repeating for three straight days (https://eggcave.com/forums/topic/78687).

Is anyone else experiencing this odd repetition, or noticing anything similar? Just trying to figure out if it's a general glitch or just me.

After checking my notes, we did get 100 feeds two days running. Profile posts were also both days, but that's nothing remarkable. So, not just a you thing, but other than confirming the glitch, I've got nothing. Interesting they both happened in June though.
