Hi! I got a notification saying my creatures have become immortal and will not die. Congratulations on raising another creature successfully!

But two of my creatures are still eggs? I've already cleared my cache like they recommended but it hasn't worked. Anything I can do to evolve the images!?

@shrapnell hi! Creatures are immortal at level 20. They may become immortal before they hatch so clearing the cache won't evolve them ^^ i suggest looking at the archives to see how many views/clicks/feeds they need to hatch. Alternatively you can go to your 'creatures' tab and see how many stats they need to evolve to the next stage (written in parentheses). Hope this helps!

@shrapnell
Another way of putting it:
Evolution and growth are tied to one specific stat.
Levels and Immortality are based on all stats. (Feeds + Views + Clicks) / 300 = Level.

So a creature that needs, say feeds to evolve, but has an excessively large amount of views, could become immortal before hatching out of it's egg.

This creature was supposed to hatch a week ago. https://eggcave.com/egg/2732943 Other pets that were supposed to evolve after this one have evolved. Just wondering why this one hasn't.

@vos
I'm seeing it at the hatched/child stage. So that one might be cache issue.

@minnie298a
Ty for taking the time to respond. You're seeing the pet as evolved but I'm not. I don't know how to solve a cache issue. Would you mind advising me pls?

@vos
On my pc, Ctrl+F5 usually does the trick.

You can also try to clear your cache under your browsers "Delete History" function.

Or on the "Your Creatures" page there is a Recache button, up near the Expand and Cove list links.
