How to get train_aqueueren?

on the cave it says I can use bait to lure pets in I want
but it doesnt explain how to get said item. I looked at the little "!"
it only tells you what it's used for but not how to obtain the item to
use.

I'm going to assume the item in the title is the "How To Train Your Aqueueren" book.

For baiting and quests the items will initially generate in the NPC shops in the bottom of the Shop drop down in the header. Books come from Leila Library. You can also try other users shops. There is a search function on the page that lists them.
