Pyrosheng Not Evolving

Hi ya'll! Not sure if this is a glitch or not but wanted to point it out.

I often use CC stats to evolve my creatures (and it always works no problem) but for some reason with the Pyrosheng it is not working.

The Pyrosheng says it evolves into its first stage with 1000 Feeds, so I purchased a Jar of 1000 Feeds on the side account I have it on.

I know that sometimes images don't update right away unless you clear your cached images. Usually clearing my cache will work for me.

I however did this and have no notification of them evolving and the image is still egg stage.
