Hello, new player here

Hi
Just joined today. Found this site by accident when playing chicken smoothie (my nickname there is Lost_in_the_Woods). Seems like a fun game, but I'm still a bit confused, so any tips are welcome. I'm really liking the fantasy and creature collecting aspect of the game, so hopefully I will continue playing with you all.

Welcome to Egg Cave! There is a newbie guide made by user @/twinkle that's really great and comprehensive!

My best tip: When feeding other players' creatures, look for "feed friendly" before you feed anyone. This means you can feed all of the creatures on their account. Players will usually type "feed friendly" in their profile or on a linked creature's page. Some players aren't feed friendly and don't want you to feed certain creatures because they don't want those creatures to evolve -- they may prefer an unevolved stage of the creature versus another stage.
