Sorry, but there is no way to manually toggle the notification. The only way to avoid it is to avoid activating it to begin with by approaching the cave 9 or less times.

I usually do but today I had to get 10 steal attempts for the dailies ☹️

Then unfortunately you are stuck with it for today. You can try ignoring it, but it will keep popping up.
