Retired Items

Do they ever pop up again?
Or are they literally gone completely forever?

I'm going to assume you mean "Retired" like the items from the NPC shops that retired the other day. In that case, technically yes, they will pop up again as they are put into the Donations shop very occasionally by the EggCave Team (or some name like that). It's a bit like the Oasis for retired cave commons.

Retired CC items don't seem to have a rerelease outlet.

But many seasonal items are also labelled as "Retired" and pop up with their respective events. For example the Garast Plushies are still prizes in the Maize Maze in the Halloween Fair, as they were only retired from the Toy Shop. The travels in the Seed prize shop will also show as Retired.

However the Choco/Valentine's event and Easter Egg Hunt prizes are different as the items are new each year and only available for the period that years event runs.

Thank you! That was 100% my question.
