Block feature?

Is there a block feature? It's been on my cove for a long while now that I'm inactive and not feed friendly and there's quite a few users just.. ignoring that. Despite me not having known them or fed their pets or them fed mine before I went inactive. I have a lot of pets I want to freeze at specific stages and I'm not able to if my pets evolve while I'm offline!!

@ikigai here you can find the Blocking section.
Make sure you do not have any creatures left in Click Exchange (maybe that's why some people feed your creatures). 😊
