How do you un-subscribe a topic?

I subscribed a topic but the notifications are spamming me.
It is driving me crazy.
Help me please!!

@wolfmilk hover over forums, then click subscribed topics. then, next to the topic you want to unsubscribe from, click the heart with a red minus. tada! that was easy 😃
