I like running, i have the stamina, I just don't go very fast xD If I ran 4 miles, I'd probably be on the ground, lol X3 I like to play soccer, because I don't have to get the ball, I run after my team and cover for them, and chase the other team when they have the ball, and kick it away when I can >😸

I love to run cross-country and my best 5K time is around 18:20. 😊 4 miles in 30 minutes is pretty good; I've never timed a 4-mile myself, but 7 minute splits are great!

I like FREE-RUNNING or PARKOUR.....Does tht count?
I have lots of stamina and Im very fast but not very daring....Like Ill only jump something if I think I've got more than a 30% chance of making it....I havent been injured YET....Keyword=YET..........

I ran 1.8 k and it almost killed me. I came in 65th place for cross country though. :/

O_O At school we have to run 1.6 km in 10 mins... O_o And if we get it over 10 mins we go to morning fitness â˜šī¸

That's barely a mile though! Practice jogging just a little and you'll be fine.

That's an American mile, I can do one in 6:30. Just keep practicing and you'll get better. Sports help too
