If I use an uneternal youth potion on my 1st stage frozen roo, will it skip the second stage, and go directly to an adult? (it has enough feeds to be an adult) That's what I would expect to happen, but I just wanted to check. I really wish that I would have waited to freeze her in the 2nd stage, but I don't think there's any way to fix it now. ☹️ Still, I thought I'd ask just in case I'm wrong.

Yep, you're correct. Your roo would evolve to the stage that matches its current stats once it is unfrozen (even if that means skipping a couple).
