Okay.I want to you to keep track of how many calories you ate in a day.(And post it here.)Then say what you did to exercise (It's okay if you did't.)And then the NEXT day, you're going to eat MUCH healthier foods (and post the calories here). And exercise wayy more! 😃ALL about health!Please also post WHAT you ate....Like the food item, then the amount of calories.
