Pinging

I haven't gotten several pings I should have gotten...
I don't think they edited their post either,
this has happened at least three times now.

Sometimes happens.
I'd say Pinging works 90% of the time though.

Sometimes I subscribe to a topic and get a notification when someone posts yet I won't get a notification when they ping me.
